Your questions

Does a report cover every package or production lot?

Each report describes a submitted sample. Results apply to that sample; they do not establish results for every package or production lot. A negative result applies to the tested portion under the method stated in the report.

Why are some details hidden?

We removed personal names, private contact and address details, customer account information, and registration access details. Laboratory findings, report numbers, sample descriptions, methods, dates and original report notes remain visible. The laboratory's original use terms remain in each report.

Do these documents establish ingredient origins or other certifications?

Laboratory reports describe the analyses performed, and the FDA record documents facility registration. These documents do not by themselves establish ingredient origins or GMP, NASC or SQF certification.

How can I ask about the product I received?

Contact our customer care team with the product name, package size, lot code (if shown), best-by date and a clear photo of the packaging. We can review the available records and explain whether a report can be matched to your product. Please keep the packaging so its identifying information is available.
